Happy New Year!

It’s been a year since we released our debut album “What We Did With Our Days”. We have a few physical copies (less than 25) left which you can get hold of through Bandcamp. Of course the digital release is still available on iTunes, Amazon etc.

We’re currently working hard on our next album which is due out in March. Like us on Facebook and we’ll make sure you know when it’s available!

Studio Blog

We’ve spent most of November in the studio recording tracks for our forthcoming album. We’ve taken a few pictures and videos along the way. You can check them out on our Tumblr.

The Astronaut (in the woods)

BBC Introducing

We were played on Tom Robinson’s BBC 6 Music show on Sunday. Tom chose our most recent single “Tiger Tiger” for his “Fresh On The Net” programme. If you missed it (very likely considering that it was at 1:00am!) then you can listen again here. We’re about 10 mins in. Thanks Tom!

Of course you can download Tiger Tiger for free here.

IPO Festival Liverpool

We had some great reception from our show at IPO Liverpool. Here are a couple of the nice things people had to say about us. Thanks guys, you’re making us blush!

“…but honestly, the stars of the show were 54321, a quintet from Wirral (just outside of Liverpool) who has everything it takes to get a record deal: tightness, energy, tremendous vocals and songs! Several of their originals could be hits, and when they did a spot-on cover of “Bohemian Rhapsody” (without tapes!!!), we were all mouth agape! They make me wish I was the head of a label, I can tell you that!”

David Bash, Organiser – IPO

‎”54321 were without doubt the highlight of the night. They varied their two sets as well which was appreciated. Who’d have thought a band of cousins and brothers would harmonize so well ;-) Definitely a band going places!”

David Wilcox, Dune FM
